The Gate of the Feral Gods (Dungeon Crawler Carl, #4)

this one loses a lot of baggage from the early books in the series. i’m starting to enjoy the fleshing out of the universe. the downside is that it’s easy to lose track of the many, many mechanics introduced and sometimes the writing is a little muddy.
